Hello Cadiz!! So grateful to all my customers and all the truly great feedback we receive over our baked goods! I truly feel blessed. After Easter weekend (April 4th-5th) we will start to be open daily!! We will be bringing in produce as it is available (i’ll post as it comes in) and my goal is to keep in an assortment of fresh baked goods everyday. Right now i’ve just been doing primarily cookies and sourdough but thats just a small part of what i can make. With that said in addition to my farmstand i do have a full time job so it’s going to be very important for me to find the right balance, so i can keep the stand stocked. Here’s where I’d love your feedback!!! I’d like to create some kind of schedule where the weekends I do as much of an assortment as I can and then during the week I try to
Restock as needed but each day of the week I plan to focus in a specific item
For that day, so you know you can stop by here and grab it. Examples could be Mondays fresh bagels, Tuesdays fresh pastries, wednesday fresh donuts etc. then say Friday as everyone is preparing for the weekend how about fresh hamburger and hot dog buns? I also would like to stock fresh sandwhich bread. In addition I know several people drive right past my stand as they head to work to Murray in the morning so tell me what you’d love to be able To stop by and grab real quick and what time do you drive by? Honestly once I open daily I’m probably just going to keep it open 24hours a day unless there is an issue, but I’d like to know for my early birds what time do I need to stock the fresh items by?
As a reminder, regardless of what is in my stand if you are needing a specific item on a specific day, or if you want to make sure you get a specific item before they sell
